This article seeks to examine virtual face filters developed in augmented reality technology ("filters") and media-integrated architectural facades (media facades), as enabling new infrastructures for performative experiences in the urban and virtual space. We will discuss the concept of "face", as enabling a transition to a transition to the binary categories, as well as the concepts of "facade" and "mask" as the infrastructures that bridge between the "face" and what we will call the "virtual vision". This is a new term, which frames immersive environments, in which new cultures and subcultures are created that serve as social spheres in which the binary and gender laws change, distort and may even disappear altogether. We will propose the "virtual visibility" as a dimension that discusses visibility and queer theory, not only as an expression of self-determination, but as a space of constant becoming.
